6. Choose VIEW SCHEDULE to look or book/cancel, or VIEW PRICING to purchase passes. Most people start with the $60 Unlimited Intro Month or First Class $5 drop in for anyone brand new. 

• Please DO NOT enter our studios if you are ill with something likely contagious…non-distracting allergies are ok.
• Bring all the gear you need to practice. Mat/towel rentals $2.
• We have showers, changerooms, lockers and filtered water taps.
• Please BE SCENT FREE!
• Our parking lots are shared with the neighbouring tenants. Please refrain from parking in spots marked for other businesses. 
• ALWAYS CHECK THE SCHEDULE and make sure you SIGN UP FOR EMAILS. Sometimes classes may need to be changed or cancelled. If you are booked you'll be notified of any changes by email.
